Short version: Your payment details are stored with Stripe, Braintree and PayPal. We never receive full credit card details.

We use Stripe, Braintree and PayPal to process payments. Your payment details are stored with these providers. We only see the last 4 digits of your card. Subscription details (plan, billing cycle) are stored in their systems.

1.3 File storage

Short version: All files are stored on Amazon Web Services (Ireland).

We store uploaded/converted files on AWS S3 (Ireland). We do not access or view your files without your explicit consent, unless required by law. You retain all rights and ownership. Use of Google APIs (if any) adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

1.4 Email

Short version: We send emails via SendGrid.

We use SendGrid to send transactional emails. They see name, email address, and engagement data (opens/clicks). You can unsubscribe anytime.

1.5 Performance monitoring

Short version: We use Sentry.io to monitor errors.

Sentry collects error logs including browser type, OS, screen size and IP address when an error occurs.

Short version: We use MinFraud to reduce fraudulent payments. MinFraud receives IP, email, billing info, device data, and partial card details to assess risk.
